Genius

I have spent a lot of time in school. In that time, I have met some brilliant people. Some of these people have gone on to do amazing things in science and business, and I count myself lucky to know them. It's nice to have people like that around you, as they can often be of great help in a tight situation - such as trivia night at the local pub. But, as smart as these people in my life have been, none of them possesses the pure genius of the person who decided to wrap a chunk of banana in bacon, batter it and deep fry it. I had the good fortune to be able to sample one of these delicious finger foods yesterday, and I am now seriously considering the purchase of a deep fryer. I know it sounds bad, and my heart is pumping just a little slower at the thought of having another, but really it might be worth it.

Deep fried, bacon-wrapped banana on a stick. Sounds good to me.
