A Bridge and Troubled Water
Well. We got some rain at the farm last Thursday night. The water rose quite a bit and the creek on the farm overflowed its banks. Around the corner from the farm, a bridge on Petty Street was washed away. So, I took a few pictures to share. Here goes...

Hi Koreen,
The official detour for Petty Street is Centre Road to Egermont Drive then at Poplar Hill, turn on the Ilderton Road to Nairn Road and back to Petty Street at Nairn. The unoffical routes depend on where the drivers want to go. We have seen some trucks go up Centre Road to the Nairn Road or up to Elginfield Road. The locals are using the sideroads more.
